Στην Κατηγορία “Other” της κάθε Ενότητας υποβάλλονται υποψηφιότητες, οι οποίες δεν μπορούν να ενταχθούν σε καμία από τις ήδη υπάρχουσες Κατηγορίες των βραβείων. Οι υποψηφιότητες που υποβάλλονται σε αυτή την Κατηγορία ελέγχονται από τον Πρόεδρο της Επιτροπής Αξιολόγησης του συγκεκριμένου πυλώνα, ο οποίος αποφασίζει αν θα ταξινομηθούν σε υπάρχουσες (εννοιολογικά κοντινές κατηγορίες) ή θα δημιουργηθούν νέες κατηγορίες όπου και θα ενταχθούν. Η δημιουργία μια νέας τέτοιας κατηγορίας, καθώς και τα κριτήρια αξιολόγησής της, είναι εξ’ ολοκλήρου υπό την εποπτεία του Προέδρου της αρμόδιας Επιτροπής Αξιολόγησης. Η εταιρεία που υποβάλλει την υποψηφιότητα στην ενότητα “Other” δεν έχει το δικαίωμα επιλογής δημιουργίας νέας κατηγορίας ή ένταξης της υποψηφιότητάς της στις ήδη υπάρχουσες. Την τελική απόφαση για αυτό αναλαμβάνει και επικυρώνει ο Πρόεδρος του συγκεκριμένου πυλώνα.

Neo-Bank or Fintech of the Υear: Granted to the most impactful Fintech or Neo-bank whose nominations demonstrate innovation and performance leadership in Digital Banking. Reserved for organizations that explicitly declare their candidacy and have covered the submission fees for all their regular nominations.

Digital Banking Technology Provider of the Υear: Recognizes the technology provider with the highest cumulative score from supported banking nominations in Pillar 1. Reserved for organizations that explicitly declare their candidacy and have covered the submission fees for all their regular nominations.

Acquirer of the Υear: Awarded to the Acquiring institution or provider that stands out for excellence in payment acceptance, merchant services, and digital acquiring innovation. Based on overall impact, innovation, and performance across submitted nominations. Reserved for organizations that explicitly declare their candidacy and have covered the submission fees for all their regular nominations.

NPE Servicer of the Υear: Awarded to licensed Servicer, Financial Institution or Financial Institution’s discrete Division specializing in Non-Performing Loans, Non-Performing Equities, or related Asset management, that demonstrates digital leadership in enhancing operational resilience, ethical debtor engagement in B2B, B2C, and humane, transparent asset recovery. Reserved for organizations that explicitly declare their candidacy and have covered the submission fees for all their regular nominations.



Pillar #2: Digital Insurance

Digital Insurance Company of the Υear: Granted to the insurer achieving the top aggregated score from all Digital Insurance nominations. Reserved for organizations that explicitly declare their candidacy and have covered the submission fees for all their regular nominations.

Insurtech of the Υear: Honors the most distinguished Insurtech firm for excellence and innovation across nominations. Reserved for organizations that explicitly declare their candidacy and have covered the submission fees for all their regular nominations

Digital Insurance Technology Provider of the Υear: Awarded to the leading technology vendor enabling digital transformation in insurance through top-rated nominations. Reserved for organizations that explicitly declare their candidacy and have covered the submission fees for all their regular nominations.

Ο τίτλος απονέμεται, εφόσον δηλωθεί ρητά η κάθε υποψηφιότητα, και με βάση τη συνολική αξιολόγηση όλων των υποψηφιοτήτων κάθε συμμετέχουσας εταιρείας στον πυλώνα 1 ή πυλώνα 2.

Πιο συγκεκριμένα: το Platinum βραβείο λαμβάνει 10 πόντους, το Gold βραβείο λαμβάνει 7 πόντους, το Silver βραβείο 3 πόντους και το Bronze βραβείο 1 πόντο.

Σημαντική Σημείωση: Για την συμμετοχή στα παραπάνω Κορυφαία Βραβεία λαμβάνεται υπόψη η Εταιρεία η οποία έχει δηλώσει ρητά την κάθε υποψηφιότητα και έχει καλύψει τα αντίστοιχα κόστη των υποψηφιοτήτων που έχει υποβάλει.

Κάθε Κορυφαίο Βραβείο απονέμεται σε μία εταιρεία. Σε περίπτωση ισοβαθμίας δύο ή περισσότερων εταιρειών, το Κορυφαίο Bραβείο απονέμεται στην εταιρεία που συγκέντρωσε τον μεγαλύτερο αριθμό Gold βραβείων. Σε περίπτωση που υπάρχει ισοβαθμία και στα Gold βραβεία, τότε το Κορυφαίο κατακτά η εταιρεία που συγκέντρωσε τον μεγαλύτερο αριθμό Silver βραβείων.

Βραβεύσεις / Διακρίσεις

Platinum Award
Απονέμεται στην υποψηφιότητα η οποία συγκέντρωσε την υψηλότερη Βαθμολογία από την αρμόδια Επιτροπή Αξιολόγησης, ανάμεσα στο σύνολο των νικητών στον συγκεκριμένο Πυλώνα.

Gold – Silver – Bronze Βραβεία
Από τη βαθμολογία της Επιτροπής Αξιολόγησης αναδεικνύονται Gold, Silver ή/και Bronze βραβεία. Είναι πιθανό να δοθούν περισσότερα από τρία βραβεία σε κατηγορία βράβευσης, όπου υπάρχουν ισοβαθμίες μεταξύ υποψηφιοτήτων, ή λιγότερα από τρία βραβεία σε κατηγορία βράβευσης, όπου οι υποψηφιότητες δεν συγκεντρώνουν την απαιτούμενη βαθμολογία.

Gold (Χρυσό): Η μια υποψηφιότητα που συγκεντρώνει την υψηλότερη βαθμολογία της κατηγορίας και βρίσκεται πάνω από το γενικό μέσο όρο. Εφόσον υπάρξει ισοβαθμία, δύνανται να δοθούν ισάριθμα Gold.

Silver (Αργυρό): Η/Οι υποψηφιότητα/ες που συγκεντρώνουν τις αμέσως επόμενες βαθμολογίες ανά κατηγορία).

Bronze (Χάλκινο): Η/Οι υποψηφιότητα/ες που συγκεντρώνουν βαθμολογία πάνω από το όριο βράβευσης, όπως αυτός ορίζεται από το μέσο όρο του συνόλου των βαθμολογιών.

Για να δοθεί η τριπλή κατηγοριοποίηση Gold, Silver, Bronze θα πρέπει να υπάρχουν τουλάχιστον τέσσερις (4) υποψηφιότητες στην ίδια κατηγορία. Σε περίπτωση που αυτό δεν συμβεί, τότε η συγκεκριμένη κατηγορία ενοποιείται /συγχωνεύεται με άλλη μέσα στην ίδια ενότητα.
